Our school day
Below are the times of our day within the academy for each phase:
Nursery
Morning session: 8:45 – 11:45
Afternoon session: 12:30 – 3:30
Reception
Children enter classroom at 8:50
Registration: 8:50 – 9:00
Break time: 10:00 – 10:15
Dinner time 11:45 – 12:45
Finish at 3:30
KS1
Children enter classroom at 8:50
Registration: 8:50 – 9:00
Break time: 10:00 – 10:20
Lunch time: 12:00 – 1:00
Finish at 3:30
KS2
Children enter classroom at 8:50
Registration: 8:50 – 9:00
Break time: 10:40 – 11:00
Lunch time: 12:30 – 1:30
Finish at 3:30
These timings equate to a typical week where a child (who is not on a part time timetable) would undertake 32.5 hours in school.
Please note that if your child is late (after registers have been conducted) up to 9:20 then they will receive an ‘L’ code. After 9:20 they will receive a ‘U’ code which will affect their attendance record.
Please contact the school office to let us know of any alterations to a child’s normal pattern of meals.
The cost of a meal is £2.15 (milk 20p extra).
